Booking & Acceptance

By paying the required booking deposit, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

• You agree to be bound by them.

• You are authorised to make the booking on behalf of your group (if applicable).

Payment of the booking deposit forms a legally binding agreement between the Client and Winks Bach. A separate signature is not required.
 

Services

Winks Bach will provide the planning services included within your chosen package.

Any additional services requested outside of the package may incur additional charges, which will always be agreed in writing before work begins.
 

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

Planning services will not begin until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 60 days before the event start date.

Bookings made within 60 days of the event require payment in full at the time of booking.

Should the final balance not be received by the due date, Winks Bach reserves the right to pause planning services and withhold all final documents until full payment has been received.
 

What You’ll Receive

Once your deposit has been received, Winks Bach will begin planning your event, which may include (depending on your package):

• Planning consultation

• Venue and accommodation research

• Supplier recommendations

• Initial itinerary creation

• Activity recommendations

• Ongoing planning support

Once your final balance has been paid, you’ll receive your completed planning package, which may include (depending on your package):

• Final itinerary

• Personalised artwork

• Invitations

• Welcome packs

• Games

• Signage

• Canva templates

• Guest information documents

• Printable files

• Final planning documents

No personalised artwork or digital files will be released until payment has been made in full.
 

Cancellations

The booking deposit is non-refundable.

If the Client cancels after planning has commenced, payments already made remain non-refundable.

If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, Winks Bach reserves the right to recover any outstanding balance where substantial planning work has already been completed.
 

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information. For the Basic Queen and Cheeky Wink Package up to a total of three amendments to artwork is allowed.

• Supply guest details and information by agreed deadlines.

• Respond promptly to requests for information.

• Notify Winks Bach of any changes affecting the booking.

Winks Bach cannot be responsible for delays caused by missing or inaccurate information supplied by the Client.
 

Third-Party Suppliers

Winks Bach works alongside a variety of independent suppliers including accommodation providers, activity companies, restaurants, decorators and transport providers.

Whilst we are happy to recommend and coordinate suppliers, Winks Bach cannot accept responsibility for:

• Supplier cancellations

• Changes to bookings

• Pricing changes

• Poor supplier performance

• Travel delays

• Weather

• Force majeure events

• Any losses arising from services provided by third-party businesses

Any agreements entered into with suppliers remain between the Client and the supplier unless otherwise stated.
 

Intellectual Property

All artwork, itineraries, designs, planning documents, templates, graphics and digital content created by Winks Bach remain the intellectual property of Winks Bach until payment has been received in full.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, edit, distribute or resell any Winks Bach materials without prior written permission.

Photography & Marketing

We love celebrating our clients’ amazing events!
 

By paying your booking deposit, you grant Winks Bach permission to use photographs, videos and other content shared by you or your guests for marketing purposes, including on:

• Website

• Instagram

• Facebook

• TikTok

• Pinterest

• Promotional materials

No personal contact details will ever be shared.
 

If you would prefer your event not to appear on our marketing channels, simply let us know in writing before your event and we’ll happily respect your wishes.

Limitation of Liability

Winks Bach will provide all services with reasonable care and skill.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the planning services purchased.
